Jen graduated from the University of Otago in 2008 with an LLB, a BCom and a Masters in International Studies (with Distinction).  Jen then went on to study at The Hague Academy of International Law and graduated from the Summer Programme in 2010.

Jen joined the family law team at Thomas Dewar Sziranyi Letts in October 2011, having previously worked as Judge's Clerk to the Principal Family Court Judge and as Senior Policy Analyst (UN Project Team) and Advisor to the Chief Executive at MSD.
