Clare graduated from the University of Otago in 1996 and worked as a Judges’ Clerk at the Wellington High Court before joining the firm in 1998. Clare has expertise in civil and commercial litigation (including debt recovery), insolvency, local government law, criminal law and property matters. Clare appears regularly as counsel in the District and High Courts, and has also taken a number of cases to the Court of Appeal. |
