Deposits to Our Trust Account
We appreciate that clients, banks and other solicitors often wish to deposit money into our Trust Account. Our bank details are set out below.

With any deposit please:
1. Include the name of the client relating to the deposit;
2. Include the unique Client Matter Code e.g MATR01001; and
3. Let us know that the funds have been deposited.
Account Payments
Accounts may be paid by:
1. Payment in person at our office. We have EFTPOS facilities available;
2. Posting payment to us by cheque;
3. Direct deposit to our trust account; or
4. Credit Card.
If paying by post, please send payment with the tear-off portion of the account sent. Alternatively, please send a note with payment confirming the client name and the Client Matter Code relating to the payment.
If paying by direct deposit to our trust account with the National Bank, please follow the instructions set out above.
We do accept payment by credit card in person via our EFTPOS facility, by completion and return of the tear off portion on the account sent or via credit card details from our client over the phone. We do not accept credit card payments for disbursements or settlement funds.
