Problems over a will and administration of an estate can be stressful at a time when family emotions run high. We can advise you on whether a will is valid and whether you have a claim against an estate. We have experience in all courts, including the Court of Appeal, in dealing with complicated estate litigation.

It is sometimes hard to think about what should happen to your property when you die. Maintaining a current, updated will makes things easier for your family when you die. We can advise you on an appropriate will when your personal circumstances, as in a blended family, make it difficult to assess how your property should be dealt with on your death.
