Education

Since "Tomorrow's Schools" became today's problems, we have acted in numerous education settings.  We represent and act for a number of Boards of Trustees, advising and assisting in a range of legal issues that impact on the education sector, notably employment and disciplinary issues.  We have represented students facing school disciplinary proceedings, acting as advisors and advocates, as appropriate.

Our experience includes a full range of issues likely to be encountered in the school sector, from internal Board conflicts to representation of a Board of Trustees and senior teachers in High Court proceedings.
